Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Verify invoice coding, approvals, and supporting documentation prior to payment.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in weekly and monthly payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wires.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Support monthly close activities including accruals and AP-related reporting.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date AP records in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless processing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the AP workflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting support role.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, invoice flow, 3-way match, and vendor management.
• Proficiency with accounting or ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
